Description: This wonderful set of Vintage Japanese Porcelain Bowls is so versatile and could be used for so many purposes. Each bowl has been hand-painted with a beautiful asian-inspired design featuring an abstract floral pattern in shades of green, blue, and brown on a light dove gray background. The set has been finished with a glossy crackled glaze. The bowls measure approximately 3-1/4" in diameter at the rim, with the sides gently curving inward to a 2-1/2" diameter at the footed base. Each bowl stands 2-1/4" high and holds 6 fluid ounces. The set of 4 bowls is in excellent condition with no chips and minimal signs of wear. One cup has some crazing in the glaze on the inside.
