Description: VINTAGE PILLAR BIRTHDAY CANDLE, BIRTH TO WEDDING, MADE IN W. GERMANY. This candle is quite old. My mom had it for her children and didn't use it. She gave it to me to use for my daughter and I didn't use it. I am 65 and my daughter is 45. I don't know the actual age of the candle because I don't know how long my mother had it before giving it to me. I was the 4th child in my family. It comes with the box and the cardboard paper with which it was wrapped. It has been stored in the bottom of my china cabinet for 45 years. There is a German foil sticker on the box and an end label in English. The box has some writing on it, has some discoloration from age but is in very good shape. The candle is more of a cream color, maybe from aging . It needs some cleaning from being stored in its cardboard wrapping, as it was not covered in plastic. I did not see any cracks or breaks and it has never been lit. You can tell it is older than most life birthday candles listed as it ends in wedding not college. This candle is looking for a new home. I do not add anything to shipping. Buyer pays what eBay calculates based on weight, size and zip code.
