Description: These wheels are NOS. They have been stored a long time and the occasional one may not be perfect. They will be pulled out of the giant container I have and counted at random. I will obviously do my best to remove any that are unusable. They came from a hobby shop in Milwaukee WI. I have an absurd amount of these things so I can accommodate most requests.
