Description: These are 100% original Fright Fest cups from the abandoned Six Flags New Orleans theme park! These cups have not seen the light of day since 2005! I purchased a large box (product shipment box - sippers by design) full of these from a garage sale and received a really neat story to go along with them. The box was scavenged by a group of young guys who would frequently visit the abandoned theme park. Apparently they were left on the warehouse shelf for many years after the park closed down until these guys brought them home. For those that do not know....Six Flags New Orleans has been closed since 2005 after the massive Hurricane Katrina ravaged the gulf, New Orleans and surrounding areas. Since then it has been subject to many explorations/documentaries by abandoned building and theme park dwellers and those brave enough to venture into the swampy ghost town.Read full description. Cups were found in abandoned theme park and are 20 years old. There maybe blemishes or peeling of "graphics" mainly to the holographic edging around the print. No single cup is in perfect condition although they were all new in original production/shipment packaging box.
