It measures about 6-3/4" at its tallest point and 7" at its widest point. There is no signature or markings on the back. This plaque is in very good condition. The glaze is clean and shiny. There are a few very tiny and unapparent scratches on the glaze like shown in picture #4. The ceramic has no chips or cracks.
