Description: This large, vintage, Milk Glass, lace trim, Mid 20th Century, fruit/serving bowl, was manufactured by the Jeannette Glass Co., located in Westmoreland County, PA (Note the "Keystone" pattern on the lace)U.S.A, in the 1950's. This lovely piece is without chips or cracks but does have 2 pea-size areas of rust-color discoloration located on the outside of the bowl's foot, the 2 stains lie perpendicular to each other and neither is very noticeable(See photos 3&4). There are also two sharp seams on the outside of the foot as well, this being the only area where seams are located on this piece. This high-glossy, lustrous milk glass measures: 12" in diameter, 3" high, and 2" in depth, leaving a 1" round hollow foot. It would be a wonderful serving bowl, on anyone's table, for any occasion; And/or make a prominent display piece in a high-end collection.
