Description: This listing is for a VINTAGE MECCANO #5 SET IN BOX 1950s Construction Steel Toy Building Set ENGLAND in good vintage used condition. Set is in excellent condition. Include original Meccano Set 5 Litho Tin. Rubber parts are in fair to good overall condition given their age. Steel, brass, and other metal parts are in very good overall condition. See photos. I'm unsure if it's complete, but there's heaps in the box. The box appears to be the bottom of the original box with the original trays, the top has been carefully modified and repurposed as one of the part containers; set number 5 graphic is on the other side (see photos).
