Description: Vintage Les Bernard Purple Heart Stone Braided Cord Necklace 1970s. In vintage pre-owned condition. Very unique, I could not find another one like this. I'm unsure of what kind of stone the heart is. And the actual necklace part seems to be some kind of braided cotton thread cord material. It hangs approximately 15" although the total cord length is approximately 30" therefore it could hang longer or shorter depending on where you tie it. This is part of my Mom's huge jewelry collection (she's 80 years old) she and my Dad are downsizing, all jewelry and other items are from the 1980s-1990s but some are much older that were from my Grandmother's Estate, she was born in 1923 and was an Elizabeth Arden sales consultant for over 40 years.
