The lamp is very large and has 4 ornate filigree shades that hang from 4 ornately designed arms and hold strands of lead crystal prism chains of 4 octagons. These 4 lights are candelabra based. The lamp has a standard light socket up top. Rotary thumb switch gives options of lighting.. The lamp is an original piece and shows wear commensurate with age and use.
