Description: NICE- one-of-a-kind sign is an original piece and is perfect for collectors of vintage advertising and Americana memorabilia dealing with black smiths. The sign measurements are approx. 12 X 15-3/4 inches. Painted on board. This one-of-a-kind piece depicts a blacksmith at work, hammering away at an anvil, making a horse shoe and is titled Aaron's Smithy 1738 most likely mid 50's to the 70's What's wrong with it? Painting/sign is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose and crackling, and scratches and could use a good cleaning as it is sooted up pretty good.
