Joe ARAH Cobra Officer (v 1.5) Action Figure by Hasbro. Item is loose and is in played with condition. Item is in good condition with wear/tear around the Figure. All joints are fairly tight except for the right arm shoulder joint which is loose. Some of the blue parts is discoloring so some pieces is a lighter blue and other are a darker blue. Most noticeable is on the arms. Cobra emblem is in pretty good shape. Figure has a new "O" Ring installed. There is some rust on the screws of the figure. Item is complete and come with Rifle and File Card. Gun is in good condition, the barrel is bent a little. File card is in good fair shape with wear/tear along the edges and corners. There is a lot of creases on the front of the file card. Copy Right 1982-83 Hasbro COO H.K.
