Description: Fenton Charleton VaseRoses Silver Crest Melon Vase Gold Trim With Gold Stars!! From a recent Estate sale an unusual Fenton Charleton Mellon, Silver Crest vase. I have never seen this design with the gold stars all over the pattern This is the 8.25" version. It has a circumference of 19.5 inches all around the melon shape. Looking down, the base it is 6" wide. Look closely at the photos and you see any a tiny 4 millimeter space where some of the trim is missing. This is not a defect. The gold trim was not applied along this tiny section of the crest. I have shown a picture, but you can barely see the difference. Amazing for a vase that is over 80 years old. This patters was developed in the 1940's and has been popular ever since. The vase will ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance included. Thank you so much for viewing my listing.
