Description: Vintage Elsie Massey Victorian Touring Hat with Black Netting train and accents of Feathers & Flowers/ lace overlay. The inside diameter of the hat is approximately 7 3/4”. The train/ veil style netting at the back of the hat is 38” long. The total length of the hat, from lace trim to the ruching of the netting at the back is 16”. Brown and black feathers trim this hat, along with artificial flowers. The lace overlay on the hat is black with brown underneath. PRE-OWNED, IN GOOD CONDITION. PLEASE NOTE THE NETTING HAS A WEAR LINE IN GHE FABRIC- REFER TO PHOTOS. Possibly how it was folded and the edging is jagged but that is how the hat was designed.
