Description: Thrifting find. Vintage Dryden art pottery figural vase, featuring a stylistic fawn or deer. Made circa 1960s or 1970s in Hot Springs, Arkansas of local clay and materials. Stands about 8.5" tall. The glossy, rutile glaze is a combination of drippy deep slate blue-gray and brown tones. I think I see hints of sage green as well - photos taken indoors and out to give you a better idea of the colors. Clean inside and out. I could find no issues; no cracks, chips, stains, or crazing. Incised on the base, "Dryden Hot Springs ARK." A lovely piece to add to your collection. Please take a look at the pictures, and let me know if you have any questions. Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. I pack with care and lots of bubble wrap.
