Description: This is an awesome 1970s fiber art tapestry wall hanging in the style of Don Freedman. I think it IS Don Freedman? But it is unsigned and missing any tag or sticker that may have originally been present. It is definitely an authentic vintage 70s piece. Features a lovely scene of two pink flamingoes against a graphic sunset that’s reflected in the shimmering water below. Made of what feels like woven jute, wool or hemp with a decorative fringe end. Colors are cream, pink, peach, khaki, brown. Hangs with an attached woven strap. Great used condition, only thing to note is the edges of the flamingos’ legs are coming away slightly from the backing fabric (see pictures). I have not tried to repair as it looks fine hanging and I don’t want to alter an original item, but if it bothers you or gets worse, a simple bit of fabric glue or tape, or possibly even just some sustained pressure, should fix it! Measurements: Length, 30” without fringe; 36” total including fringe Width, 23” across Ships within US only, no returns. Please ask all questions before purchase and thanks for looking!
