This is an estate pen from a local collection that has not been tested or fully disassembled to look at the interior components. The lever won't move so I'm assuming the interior ink sac is hardened or disintegrated from age. The barrel of the pen is no longer completely straight - it has a slight bend from age and storage. The metal trim portions (clip, cap band, lever) all have corrosion and wear. There are no cracks or breaks to the celluloid, but it does show some surface scratching, abrasions, and light nicks from use and handling. The 14k nib has some wear and noticeable bending at the tip. Please view all photos for an accurate depiction of condition.
