The Popeye the Sailor Man song no longer plays. Made by Mattel, this toy is a rare find, a must-have for any vintage toy collection and a great addition to any Popeye memorabilia collection. The can is in basically good condition. The top of Popeye’s hat shows some signs of wear due to its age. There is a small dent and a few scratches on the box. The handle no longer place music nor unlatches the lid. Pre-owned by Seller for more than 67 years. Please refer to photos to better assess condition as they are the best indicator of condition.
