Vintage COACH British Tan Compact Pouch -- '70s-'80s Rare NYC-made bag -- EUC!

Description: I have long been a huge fan of vintage Coach because their leather is so supple and durable, as well as long lasting, which is why the vintage bags still look so good 25+ years later. You simply can't find this quality of leather at an affordable price point these days, which is why I'm happy to be able to offer this lovely piece to you today. This is a vintage Coach British Tan Compact Pouch from the '70s or '80s, and was made in New York City, USA. The item's serial code is #192-4745. Measurements for this piece are as follows: 7.5" wide, 2.25" deep, and 7.25" tall, with a 20.75" strap drop. This bag has been cleaned and conditioned with Leather CPR and Blackrock Leather 'N' Rich leather conditioner. It does not come with its original hangtag. This item has one single non-adjustable shoulder strap and a single slip pocket inside the interior compartment. This lovely little piece is in great condition for its age with several visible signs of wear which is not unusual for a bag that's 35+ years old. Specifically: there are three pen marks on front flap (two small, one large), light wear on edges of strap, pen stain on back bottom right, rip/wear to edging back bottom right, light wear on corners, small rip/wear to edging back upper right, small pen mark back upper right. When cleaning this bag I did try to scrub the stains in question, but was unable to remove them completely, and I did not want to risk wrecking the finish by using anything more intense than Dawn dish soap and the conditioners mentioned above. You may have more success in removing them if you are willing to take the chance! But they do not detract from the usage of the bag in any way and luckily the largest stain is on the back of the bag as shown. This is a genuine "Made in New York City" bag as detailed on the creed patch, which indicates it's a very early Coach bag made in the original New York City factory.
