Description: What you see here is a unique 36" Casablanca Starlet “Versa-touch” 3 speed remote control ceiling fan in the snow white finish. Since the 1970’s, Casablanca was known for making some of the highest quality ceiling fans which featured innovative technology and designs for the time. This particular unit was manufactured in the 1990’s, making it a design ahead of its time. The remote control provides full range light dimming, reversibility, and 3 factory fan speeds. The integrated light kit uses a mini-candelabra halogen bulb rated for 75 watts. Bulb is included. As far as cosmetic condition goes, this fan is still in great shape. There are very few imperfections that are hard to notice. Mechanically, the bearings are still silent, and the remote control system functions as it should. With the purchase of this unit you will receive the following: A complete motor assembly, light kit assembly, mounting hardware, a Casablanca remote control (9V battery included), a 75W halogen light bulb, and a set of 3 fan blades.
