Description: This vintage Cartier European Watch & clock wristwatch is a true gem for collectors. Crafted from 18k yellow gold, it features a silver dial with acrylic crystal. The watch has 15 jewels and a mechanical (automatic) movement, making it a highly functional timepiece. This European watch and clock inc. movement is very rare and is in working condition. Watch measures 34.5mm with crown. Watch case, bezel and crystal have scratches throughout. Dial has some minor spots and marks. Dial looks like it might have been refinished. Case back stamped Cartier. Overall, the condition for its age is very good. Watch strap is not original. The complete watch with strap weighs 33 grams. I believe the watch is from the 1930’s-1940’s.
