This listing is for a vintage Buffet Crampon & Cie mouthpiece for Bb soprano clarinet. This one is stamped with a small "b" on the side. It has one ring up, and three down, with the Buffet logo in between. These are said to be made from Chedeville blanks. This mouthpiece has been refaced. I don't know who did the work, as it is not marked in any way. It looks to be good quality work, and it plays well, however the tip opening is quite small. It measures in at .85mm (.033"). You'd definitely need to use a stiff reed on it, or have it opened up. This mouthpiece is in very good used condition. The facing is perfectly smooth. There are no indentations on the beak. The rubber is slightly discolored, but the logo/marking are still visible. It has minimal scratching/scuffing on the exterior. The cork is in excellent condition.
