The item has two parts – the body of the burner which is brass and a cover to allow for the adjustment of the flame under the fondue pot. The body of the burner measures 6” from the edge of the burner to the end of the handle. The body of the burner is 3 1/8” in diameter on the underside. The lip at the top of the burner measures 3 5/8” in diameter and is approximately 2 1/4” deep. There are no manufacturer markings on this item. The inside of the burner looks crunchy like whatever material is in there has degraded. Also, the burner has not been polished, but I’d expect it would shine up. Leaving that up the buyer, in the event you want to leave the current patina or not. There are no dents or dings in this item.
