The inner frame is 23.5 x 35.5 I have owned it for years but I don't really know the story on it. We always referred to it as Chief Presley because he looks like Elvis Presley in a native headdress It is definitely a classic 70s black velvet painting. One of a kind piece! Has some wear and blemishes. The painting is dusty and dirty from years of use. It needs a good cleaning and maybe a vaccum to get the velvet cleaned up The frame also has wear and blemishes..
