Description: Vintage puffy heart charm. Marked STERLING. Gilt finish is wearing off. I can't tell if the red is enamel or if it was painted. Reads "I LOVE U". Charm measures approximately 1/2" across. Condition: Lots of wear including loss of gilt finish and oxidization. Chipping of red paint/enamel. Some surface wear, scratching and tiny dings.
