Description: Vintage Antique 1930’s Black Black Velvet & Feather Small Brim Hat w/Button. The black velvet that this hat is made from is the soft, beautiful vintage velvet that they just don't make any more. The top has a button that gathers the velvet in the center. It has a small brim with Ostrich (?) feathers. The inside is lined with black burlap. The circumference is about 21". It seems like a small size, but then again, people were smaller back then. I measured the length as ~8" and the width as ~ 7 & 1/2". There is no brand or mark on this hat. Thanks for looking!
