Description: This vintage poster is huge and features a United States classroom map with handmade details. Measuring 67 inches in length and 42 inches in height, it is a one-of-a-kind piece of art that would make a great addition to any collection. The poster was handmade in the 1960s by a school teacher in upstate New York, just north of the Catskills. The map is permanent marker on paper and is an original creation. The poster is in great condition. There are three pieces the continental US plus Alaska and Hawaii. There are thumbtack or staple holes on the edges from when it was displayed in the classroom. Also to note the tip of Florida has some damage on it, see in pictures. The scale is fantastic! This is a rare piece. Will be shipped rolled in a tube. It has been sitting rolled up for some time.
