( please see measurements in pictures, fit is 7 3/8 and there is some added tissue and card board under the inner band so be advised ). This hat is a great quality material, feel like fur felt to me but no designation given on the hat , so wool? Either way this hat present s very well as you can see the inner band is in closet classic condition, the lining shows some use but while a bit unsightly it is not bad and I have not attempted any cleaning beyond blowing the bit of dust of it. Please ask any questions before buying, shipping is what it is for a hat, they are bulky , thanks for looking.
