Waist is elastic with sting belt loops ….one is broken and belt is missing. Shoulder pads make the difference in the shoulder width which I showed in the measurements above. The swooping cape-like cowl material is worn in front but could be flipped to the back of dress if desired. Pull in style ….bodice is full and flowy. *** faint stain on cowl….and skirt….see pics I have not tried to remove these stains but I’m thinking it wouldn’t be difficult.
