The shirts is a heavy weight, kind of like a jacket, but it is a shirt.Measurements are as follows: Laying flat-shoulder seam to end of cuff is 24" and Length of shirt from collar to bottom of the shirt is 27"This is a great shirt/jacket for either a man or woman.
