The original frame card is included. The frame is made in China and there are NO demo lenses. The measurements are: Hinge to hinge 5 1/8". End to end 5 1/2". Inside lens top to bottom 48mm. Frame top to bottom 2 1/8". Temple length is 150mm. These frames have never been worn or had RX lenses installed. They are new/old stock.
