Description: Hi! I have a Vintage 1987 Great Lakes Regional Conference Society of American Military Engineers Padfolio aka Portfolio Document Case with Key. It was made by Dart Manufacturing Co. It belonged to my Aunt who was an illustrator for the Army Corp of Engineers until she retired in the early 1990s. It's in Excellent Condition (looks unused) and has the Key on a Bahama's Key Chair.
