Description: This is a “ cool” looking double breasted trench coat from the 1980’s! And what makes it even cooler? It’s FRENCH! The maker is NOBERT NEL. I cannot read the fabric content but it is on the label. It is very light weight. It catches the light so great! Quite an entrance maker! It is not in perfect shape. PLEASE look at photos closely! It is missing the belt. There was originally some sort of a closure around the neck that is missing. See photo. There were originally belt type things around the cuffs which have been cut off. See photo. There was originally something that snapped on to a snap located under the lapel on the left side. See photo. There are air holes under the arms for comfort. The pockets are functional. This was a quality made garment in the 80’s and still has panache! I do not see any holes or stains. Even with the missing pieces and pieces cut off it’s still very wearable! I specialize in Victorian through 1960’s clothing, accessories and shoes but I came across this and it was just too good to pass up even though it is slightly out of my “Wheel house”.
