It ties in the back, The zipper is on the side.Measurements: Bust line 34 inches. Shoulder to shoulder 15 inches. Waist 26 inches. Hips 36 inches. Length from shoulder to hem is 55 inches.Condition: Very nice vintage condition. It has a couple small holes on one side of the skirt (only the chiffon. Not the taffeta liner. It is not noticable.
