See description of condition and ask any questions before bidding. I have a 2-XL shop where I can repair, fix and tune these little guys up like new. I spend a lot of time on each unit. I own my own company and do this as a hobby. When considering my time and costs I'm not really making any money just the satisfaction from the hobby. This unit only took a normal cleaning and tuning there was no major repairs needed. Heads were hand cleaned (not just an 8 track cleaning tape run through it) and the tuner was cleaned. So now he sounds excellent! Tape works great when inserted into the 2-xl. It feels very good to know there are good working 2-XL's out there from the 1970's. Thank you everyone!
