Description: For sale is a vintage paperback from 1969-1970 called Groovy Guide to the Groops! It was compiled by the editors of Flip magazine and published by Signet. It is 255 pages with many black and white photographs. The book contains bios, usually 2 or 3 pages long, of the popular rock groups of that time, with photos, trivia, and information about the singers/band members. This includes the Beatles, Monkees, and Simon and Garfunkel. It is full of information and makes for a good read even now. The book is in good vintage condition. There is wear on the edges and corners of the covers, a crease along the spine on the back cover from opening the book, yellowing pages, and some water stains on spine side of the last few pages. There is dark discoloration on the left side of the back cover. All pages are intact; no rips, tears, or repairs; no writing in the book. Thanks for looking!
