Payments and Sales Tax We only accept payment through PayPal; and we reserve the right to refuse payments from un-verified or un-confirmed accounts. Please pay on time. Non-paying bids will be reported and an unpaid item dispute will be filed. Orders shipped within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be charged sales tax. Shipping and Pick-up Items will be shipped within 1 business day of cleared payment; most will actually ship the same or next day.
