Description: Up for sale here is this used vintage Mallory Type FP can capacitor, dated 1956 and Made in USA. It is marked as having 2 sections of 30 uf 450v, but will probably test higher and show leakage. You should bring this up on a Variac to re-form it, but may need to restuff it. One of the mounting tabs is broken off but the other 3 are there, though they will probably break if twisted. Please see my pictures for details and dimensions.
