Description: This hat is actually in quite wonderful condition for its age. The black velvet is plush and almost perfect- unfortunately the pictures make it look washed out and like it is covered in fuzz, when in reality it is a rich deep black and the velvet is super clean. Never been worn, but there are several places where the netting is compromised.
