Description: This is a whistling bird sake set and was made in Japan in the 1950's. Inside the bottle there is a partial subdivision, a wall that extends from the top, part way to the bottom. On one side of this wall at the top is the pour spout. On the other is a small hole, with a gilded bird atop it. When you pour or jostle the contents the bottle tweets. This set also has four (4) lithopane cups.
