Description: Vintage Amber Brown Clorox One Gallon Glass Jug. Textured body was designed so you could keep a tight grip on the bottle while pouring. "Clorox" is embossed in large letters on two sides. The bottom of the jug has "Clorox" embossed as well as the mark for Owens Illinois Glass Company that they used in the 1950's. The embossed "7" and "55" indicate that this bottle was manufactured in the Alton, Illinois plant in 1955. Measures 11 1/2" x 6". No chips or cracks. Some tiny white paint flecks.
