Description: Estimated 1950-60s strung hard — yet lightweight — hollow plastic doll with a retro old fashioned look, no brand or origin markings. It is approximately 11” tall and has what feels like mohair or synthetic mohair affixed as its hair, styled in a strawberry blonde finger-wave. The face is shiny, the dark brown eyes are painted on and stationary, eyelashes are also painted on, the lips are painted red and the doll wears a pearlized bead choker around its neck. The shoulders and hips are jointed with shoulders strung. Also included are white cotton underpants and a vintage homemade bright blue crocheted dress, era unknown, with pink and green floral embroidered embellishments at the hem and neckline. Condition: Very good vintage used condition with a bit of grime and dust from age and storage. Face paint is good, hair is soft and in the original set, uncombed; hair is creased a bit in back and needs a bit of styling to fully cover the head. Strung arms are a tad loose but hold poses. No other discernible issues.
