Description: Vintage Utica Cutlery Co. knife well used with minor dirt, stains, scratches, minor corrosion on blade and in liner, blade still has a great snap open and folds fine. Marked "UTICA CUTLERY CO UTICA, N.Y." Utica mark is arched, I believe that dates this knife to the 1930s. Meyer & Lange was an old U.S. grocery and liquor wholesaler. Knife is 7.5" overall with 3.3" blade. Handle is possibly celluloid (doesn't seem like bakelite), it's off-white with a faint pinstripe pattern, no chips or cracks or discolor, says "COMPLIMENTS OF MEYER & LANGE, N.Y., scales are tight with two steel rivets and steel pivot.
