Vintage 1920s Schumann Empress Dresden Flowers Flat Cups & Saucers, Set of 4

Description: Schumann's classic Empress Dresden (also Dresdener or Dresdner) Flower pattern features an embossed surface, gold detailing and scrolls, and a bounty of floral accents in the center and surrounding; this is the smooth version, round in shape with a single flower within each scroll. These are flat cups and saucers in a set of four each, approximately 3 5/8 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall for the cups and 5 3/4 inches in diameter for the saucers; each has a matching Bavaria Schumann DresdenerArt lion shield backstamp used in the late 1920s and early 1930s. As a vintage set, these pieces have pattern and rim wear and light surface scratches; no cracks or chips.
