There are some pale water marks or stains on the print which are very pale and they don't stand out at all. if anything they lend to the antique look of it. I honestly can't tell if it's truly an antique with a new paper backing or if it's one of those reproductions maybe from the '80s or 90s when cute country style decor was in. Either way beautiful colors and a great piece to hang especially in a nursery or kid's room.
