Description: This is a heavy dress for a Victorian theme or costume. Not a flimsy costume from a bag.I wore it as a Victorian Ghost but label inside calls it Royal Vampiress. You could be creative with how you wear and accessorize the dress. The sleeves are long and have an elastic to go over your finger to hold it in place. However, the bottom part is stretchy so I was also able to roll it up my arm if I got hot. It's 63 inches long from top of collar to bottom of dress. I'm 5'5" and it was long on me so I had to pin it up when I wore it and that worked. Size large and the fabric of the dress is stretchy so can be flexible on size. I'm not taking returns for purchases around Halloween but if you pick it up in person and don't like it, you don't have to take it and I'll process a return. I'm in Brooklyn, NY.
