Description: Vango 300 XD 3 person, self supporting, dual entrances, 100% water proof. I had it shipped in to the USA from the UK when I was a Scoutmaster, they have much better tents in Europe. XD model has thicker fabrics. It’s too heavy to backpack alone, could be split between two hikers. I originally purchased it for Philmont, but I need to get my pack weight down so I switched to a different tent. its perfect for motorcycle camping, canoe expeditions, or something where pack weight is less of an issue….It’s compact, but dense. Its in perfect condition. I amassed 14 tents as a Scoutmaster, some, like this one were only ever used 2 or 3 times for specific events. This was my Canoe trek tent and I used it once on the Rifle River at Cole Canoe Base in Michigan, and one Philmont weekend training hike, when I decided it was too heavy. Sadly I had to take pictures of it in my yard.
