Description: For sale is a used Utica TS-35 torque limiting screwdriver. Selling under the ‘for parts or not working’ category, since I’m not sure if it works properly or not. The locking collar and knurled adjustment dial both move fine, but it doesn’t seem to change how much effort it takes to get the bit holder end to ‘click’. I’m not sure if I’m trying it wrong, or if something is not as intended. Visually it appears in good shape. Has a “#1” etched into the blue collar.
