This note is very heavily circulated, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - folded-over areas and areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many tears exist and some are large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper thinning and surface damage exist); many scattered holes; pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
