They come with the top and side attachment straps, the buckled sternum strap, and the top half of the quick-disconnect system for the shoulder straps. NOTE: These do NOT come with the bottom/lower half of the quick-disconnect system or the strap that attaches the shoulder straps to the bottom of the pack.
