Assembly is good condition. NOTE: IN ORDER TO REMOVE THE SEAT FOOT AREA ASSEMBLY YOU HAVE TO DRILL OUT 4 EXISTING RIVOTS. AND YOU NEED TO SECURE THE REPLACEMENT AXLE WITH NEW RIVOTS OR BOLTS AND NUTS. ITS NOT AN EASY TASK TO DO! MAYBE HAVE A LOCAL BICYCLE SHOP TO DO IT. See pictures for details.
